Withdrawal from The5ers – Terms & Conditions

  1. US Person Declaration.

    I declare that I am not a US citizen, US permanent resident, US Green Card holder, and do not otherwise meet the definition of a “US Person” for US tax or securities regulatory purposes. I acknowledge that the services provided by TRADE SET GO are not intended for US users, and any future identification of a US status will lead to the immediate account termination.

  2. Restricted Jurisdiction Declaration.

    I declare that I am not resident in a jurisdiction on the TRADE SET GO Restricted Jurisdiction List. I acknowledge that TRADE SET GO applies its own jurisdictional restrictions independently of those applied by Five Percent Online LTD, and that I am responsible for ensuring my eligibility to use the service.

  3. Risk Disclosure.

    I confirm that I have read and understood the risks of trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs). I am aware that leveraged trading carries a high risk of capital loss and that I must consider whether this activity is suitable for my financial situation, professional knowledge, and experience. I understand that TRADE SET GO is licensed by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles and that the protections available to me may differ from those in my country of residence.

  4. Consent for KYC Data Migration.

    I provide my explicit, specific, and informed consent for Five Percent Online LTD to transfer my personal data and identification documents verified and stored via Sumsub to TRADE SET GO, including, but not limited to: Full Name, Date of Birth, Residential Address, Identity Document details and images (Passport/ID/Driving License), Email Address, Phone Number, and AML Screening Results. I understand that TRADE SET GO will process my data under its Privacy Policy and the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023, and where applicable, appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses) apply to cross-border transfers.

  5. Tax Responsibility.

    I hereby declare that the sole responsibility for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to my trading account profits or activity rests with me, in accordance with the laws of my country of residence. Neither TRADE SET GO nor Five Percent Online LTD shall be liable for any tax-related omissions or violations on my part.

  6. Chargeback & Refund Policy.

    I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to the Chargeback and Refund Policy of Five Percent Online LTD. I understand that the transfer of funds to TRADE SET GO is intended to be final once executed, and that the 10% Broker Credit is subject to the broker’s terms and may be revoked in the event of early withdrawal, chargeback, or breach of terms.

  7. Terms of Service.

    I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the full Terms of Service (ToS) of TRADE SET GO as published on the broker’s website, and I commit to operating in compliance with their regulatory and operational guidelines.
